Dr. Fudong Shi

Fu-Dong Shi is a neurologist specialized in the management of multiple sclerosis and related disorders. He completed his clinical and research training in Peking Union Hospital, China, Karolinska Institute, Sweden, The Scripps Research Institute, California, and Barrow Neurological Institute, Arizona, USA. He currently serves as Chief of Neuroimmunology Section, Chinese Neurological Association; Board Member European Charcot Foundation; and past Scientific Chair of PACTRIMS. He has published 258 articles, acquired over 20 patents, and serves on Editorial Board of Science Translational Medicine and Cell Death & Differentiation. He has been an elected member of the Academia Europaea in 2024 for distinguished accomplishment in research and care for patients with neuroinflammatory disorders.
