SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

Online Abstract Submission DEADLINE is Oct.22, 2024

  1. The abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear, precise English with accurate grammar and spelling, meeting the standards required for publication.  The abstract text is constrained to a maximum of 400 words, with a minimum requirement of 250 words.
  2. The submission of abstracts is limited to plain text format, excluding any tables, graphs or figures.
  3. Please ensure that the abstract title is concise and accurately reflects the content of the work to be presented. Capitalize the first letter of each word in the title, excluding prepositions and pronouns.
  4. Please provide the complete given name(s) and family name, without including degrees or professional titles. The participants are allowed to submit a maximum of 2 abstracts.
  5. The abstract should be structured into 4 sections:
    1. Objective
    2. Methods
    3. Results
    4. Conclusion
  6. The available presentation formats include Oral, Oral or Poster, and Poster, from which participants can choose for submission. However, the final presentation format will be confirmed in the acceptance notification. All abstracts accepted by the committee will be included in the book of abstracts.
  7. The participants are allowed to submit abstracts prior to registration. However, once the committee accepts the abstracts, it is mandatory to complete the registration process and pay the required fee. The abstracts will be excluded if participants fail to do registration.
  8. Authors can revise their abstracts before the submission deadline. No further revisions will be allowed after the submission deadline.
  9. The review process will begin after the abstract submission deadline and may take approximately 2-3weeks to complete. Acceptance notifications will be sent out promptly thereafter. We sincerely appreciate your patience.
  10. All the accepted abstracts will be included in the abstract book which will be published in the member’s area on www.isniweb.org. If you are not a member of ISNI, please sign up on www.isniweb.org.
